The rustic camp is complemented by a well-maintained camper, providing additional accommodation options for guests. A generator shack ensures a reliable power supply, while a well provides fresh water, adding to the camp’s self-sufficiency.

Access to the camp is granted by the state, but there are no established roads leading to the property, making it accessible only by 4×4 vehicles. The camp is located on a pine island (or pine uplands) that stays dry year-round, ensuring comfortable conditions regardless of the season. You can hunt deer during the season (Florida season) without a permit on the property. If you want to hunt the surrounding property (WMA land) you can hunt from the property with a WMA Hunting Quota permit.
